Candied fruit, dragées and rocs can be shared after a meal or over a cup of tea. These treats are covered in dark or milk chocolate. Carefully selected and prepared dried and candied fruit — voila the luxury of artisanal crafting that takes its time.
Our Dragées offer a twist on the classic sugar-coated almond, with a dried fruit enrobed in chocolate. Caramelized almonds covered in dark chocolate and cocoa, or in milk chocolate; caramelized hazelnuts enrobed in milk chocolate and amber cocoa powder, or in dark chocolate. An array where the colors and flavors make a beautiful harmony with a caramelized dried fruit interior.
Candied fruit, sourced from Sovéria, a upper Corsican village, are cut before being covered with cocoa powder, then enrobed with a fine coat of dark chocolate. In addition to ginger, discover orange, lemon or even grapefruit — the varying bitterness of these citrus fruit create a flavorful bond with the strength of La Manufacture’s Signature Blend.
The Rocs, crunchy and flavorful chocolate morsels, are a clever mix of almonds and candied fruit, puffed cereal and shavings of lace crepes. The morsel is dipped in dark or milk chocolate. Warning — they are extremely addictive!
