Le Chocolat Alain Ducasse and the Opéra de Paris are delighted to unveil La Lyre de l'Opéra, a new chocolate creation created to celebrate the 150th anniversary of the Palais Garnier. This chocolate Lyre, with its hazelnut-vanilla praline heart enhanced with feuilletine, is the meeting of two houses. The Opéra national de Paris, a major venue for the creation of lyrical and choreographic works, and La Manufacture de Chocolat Alain Ducasse, one of the few Parisian workshops where chocolate is made by hand, from the cocoa bean to the finished product, using traditional methods.
