The Nuts and Chocolate biscuit bar is composed of a biscuit decorated with roasted almonds, pistachios and hazelnuts, as well as chocolate Madagascar mass, obtained by the first conching of the cocoa nib. Halfway through the baking process, our biscuit makers add touches of praliné prepared from the same dried fruits: almonds, pistachios and hazelnuts. Finally, just out of the oven, each bar is topped with the dark chocolate 75% Cameroon: enough to make Le Chocolat Alain Ducasse lovers melt!
