Ice cream Log
Enhance your table with our first ice cream log, created by our ice cream chef Marcelo Mabilia. He orchestrates a perfect harmony between the sweetness of chocolate and the star of our Christmas collection: the hazelnut. At the heart of this delicious treat is a three-vanilla ice cream insert, wrapped in a hazelnut crunch and a creamy hazelnut praliné ice cream, all moulded in a delicate chocolate shell. An ice cream creation that will delight gourmets, young and old alike!
Culinary gelato
A rigorous selection of ingredients, preparations that exalt the taste, even pushing the taste, including on flavors such as bitter and acid. Alain Ducasse applies this same culinary approach to gelato.

After the Manufactures de Chocolat and de Café, Alain Ducasse launched the Manufacture de Glace in June 2021. Same principles and vision: high quality ingredients and artisanal techniques for authentic tastes and a flavorful experience. At la Manufacture is made the gelato he had long dreamed of.
