Three vanilla gelato Individual Format

The Three Vanillas ice cream offers a journey of flavours! It begins in Indonesia with its peppery aromas, then moves on to Ouganda for its finesse, and ends in Tahiti for its floral sweetness. This trio of vanillas is worked in 3 ways to bring out all the richness of their aromas.

The ice creams are turbinated at La Manufacture La Glace Alain Ducasse, next to our Chocolaterie. It follows the same continuity: high quality ingredients and artisanal techniques for authentic tastes and a tasty experience.

Ingredients

Whole MILK (48%) (France), liquid cream (MILK), glucose syrup, dextrose, inulin, skimmed MILK powder, vanilla pods (Uganda, Indonesia, Tahiti) (1,3%), muscovado sugar, fleur de sel, trehalose, stabilizers : E417, E466, E412, E415, E407. Possibles traces of peanuts, eggs, sesame, soya, mustard, gluten and nuts.
