For Christmas, our chefs Flora Davies & Quentin Francis-Gaigneux twist our pure butter praline squares with a festive recipe. Born of a discussion between Alain Ducasse and the chefs of Manufactures Biscuit and Chocolat, the pure butter is the perfect alliance of our expertise.
Its buttery, crumbly cookie is topped with a generous nugget of gingerbread praline signature chocolate: an ideal creation to accompany your festive moments!
A little anecdote: gingerbread does not contain cinnamon, an ingredient we don't use in either our Manufactures or our restaurants because Alain Ducasse finds its taste too strong.
