For Christmas, our chefs Flora Davies & Quentin Francis-Gaigneux twist our pure butter praline squares with a festive recipe. Born of a discussion between Alain Ducasse and the chefs of Manufactures Biscuit and Chocolat, the pure butter is the perfect alliance of our expertise.

Its buttery, crumbly cookie is topped with a generous nugget of gingerbread praline signature chocolate: an ideal creation to accompany your festive moments! 

A little anecdote: gingerbread does not contain cinnamon, an ingredient we don't use in either our Manufactures or our restaurants because Alain Ducasse finds its taste too strong.

Half-salted butter (MILK) (21%), whole WHEAT flour (18%), Cocoa beans (Madagascar, Ecuador, Peru, Sao Tome) (14%), cane sugar, ALMONDS (9%), icing sugar, Gingerbread (water, WHEAT flour, lime tree honey, half-salted butter (MILK), icing sugar, bicarbonate of soda, lemons, limes, oranges juice, star anis, nutmeg powder, clove powder, ginger powder, fleur de sel) (6%), cocoa butter, MILK powder, potato starch, water, rice flour, bicarbbonate of soda, fleur de sel, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin.
