Dark chocolate, milk chocolate, pralinés and other delights take center stage, offering a multi-sensory spectacle! Opt for chocolate gifts, perfume your Christmas tree with the exquisite scent of cocoa, and indulge your most gourmet loved ones.
Christmas is all about (edible) magic, enchanted shoes, a nutcracker who turns into Prince Charming... and dreams come true. Alain Ducasse, Quentin Francis-Gaigneux, Pierre Tachon and their teams have imagined this Christmas as a theater in which a gourmet ballet unfolds. With hazelnuts as the star dancer, chocolate as the conductor and you as the taster. Enter the dance, follow the Nutcracker, the Mouse King and the Sugar Plum Fairy, and discover step by step (chassé or glissé) the chocolate - and hazelnut - treasures lurking behind the scenes, celebrating the enchantment of the festive season with creativity and elegance.
First act of this gourmet ballet: the Advent Calendar! Beautifully illustrated by Lou Benesch, it invites you to discover, step by step, the chocolate treasures hidden behind the scenes. Along the 24 squares of this colorful theater, discover the different creations of our artisan chocolatiers: pralines, chocolate dragées, but also nuggets or marshmallows. Milk or dark chocolate, vary your pleasures throughout the month of December. With its last square, our Calendar makes its most beautiful bow...
To decorate your Christmas tables, discover the essentials of our Christmas collections! The majestic DIY Fir Tree will delight both the little hands that assemble it and the palates that savor it! With alternating discs of pure chocolate or decorated with dried fruit, they'll satisfy every palate thanks to their milk and dark chocolate composition. The Christmas block is a generous block of dark or milk chocolate, filled with praline and decorated with dried and candied fruit... the epitome of gourmandise.
Created with the help of Pierre Tachon and illustrator Lou Benesch, this Christmas collection, like our entire collection, is handcrafted in Paris. Our head chocolatier Quentin Francis-Gaigneux, accompanied by artisan chocolatiers and roasters, works with passion to obtain the right, memorable tastes from the finest ingredients.
