HAZELNUTS (30%), sugar cane, cocoa butter, cocoa beans (Ecuador, Madagascar, Peru, Sao Tome), crispy crepe chunks (WHEAT flour, sugar, concentrated butter (MILK), sunflower oil, skimmed MILK in powder, BARLEY malt, salt), water, MILK powder, vanilla pod (1,06%) (Madagascar), fleur de sel, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin.

DISCOVER THE MANUFACTURING STEPS OF THE VANILLA PEPICOEURS

These small milk and dark chocolate hearts have been filled with a praliné so irresistible that one bite is never enough. What if we told you their secret recipe?

It all starts with almonds and hazelnuts from Italy (sent by our preferred producers with whom we've been working from the start). They are roasted and covered with cooked sugar to obtain caramelized blocks. These blocks are then ground to make a praliné paste, to which cocoa butter is added for consistency, and Madagascar vanilla beans for subtle, comforting notes.

A (love) story with no end in sight!

All our creations are handcrafted in Paris, from the cocoa bean to the chocolate bonbon.
