A first for The Chocolate Manufacture: Phantom Marshmallow bites!

This unctuous marshmallow with cocoa nib is made in our workshops, as is the hazelnut praline that accompanies it. The whole is then covered with a layer of finely poured melted chocolate, either 75% dark Assemblage Signature, or 45% milk chocolate Madagascar.

Upon tasting, you'll discover the tangy notes of ou 75% dark chocolate Signature Blend, and the fruity notes of Madagascar 45% milk chocolate. This bonbon will delight you with the smoothness of a cocoa nib marshmallow and the deliciousness of the hazelnut praline.
