Salted caramel ice cream, a Breton specialty par excellence, takes you back to your childhood. The Manufacture de Glace revisited this classic with a recipe that highlights the intense flavor of the caramel, rounded off with the sweetness of butter and spiced with a note of salt. After turbining, the soft caramel adds a new texture that attains the height of sweetness.
The ice creams are turbinated in our new Manufacture La Glace Alain Ducasse, next to our Manufacture de Chocolat. It is in line with the same continuity: high quality ingredients and artisanal techniques for authentic tastes and a tasty experience.
