The egg or the hen? We're not going to tell you which came first, because the most important thing is to be able to celebrate Easter with both of them! Our craftsmen were inspired by origami to create this Easter Hen with its pure, geometric lines, so characteristic of the Manufacture’s style. And its little eggs are filled with our famous almond praliné of course!

Our Madagascar 45% milk chocolate is first tempered before being poured into a mold, with its finely chiseled lines, and spread with a brush. It is then crystallized, giving it a brilliant color and allowing it to be unmolded more quickly. Before sealing the two shells, praliné treats are placed inside, to the delight of those who will discover them! Our Easter Hen is as irresistible on the inside as it is on the outside!
All our creations are handcrafted in Paris, from the cocoa bean to the chocolate bonbon.
