Behind the scenes

This year, the Manufactures are inspired by The Nutcracker and the star of the season: the hazelnut! In December, the Advent calendar opens like an enchanted stage, each day revealing a gourmet surprise: spectacular chocolates, pralinés and coated almonds dance to the rhythm of the ballerinas, transforming the theater into a gourmet palace.

Behind the scenes, the artisans rehearse their moves like dancers: each movement is precise, each step essential, transforming cocoa beans into chocolate in a perfectly mastered choreography. The beans are roasted, ground, and transformed into a smooth, aromatic chocolate.

The pralinés are made in our parisian Manufacture from carefully selected dried fruits. On December 24th, the curtain rises on the final bouquet: all the flavors of the festive season come together for the highlight of the show.
