Discover the secret of the Manufacture's signature recipe, and learn more about the work of our artisan chocolatiers!

Roasted and caramelized before being blended to create the perfect texture, the old-fashioned praliné that makes up our delicious Pépites is prepared from rigorously selected ingredients, for an unbeatable taste. Kenya coffee, hazelnut, buckwheat or walnut, these creamy praline recipes are then deposited in the heart of a crunchy chocolate, either 75% dark Assemblage Signature, or 45% milk Madagascar, for a delightful tasting experience.

All in all, it takes ten or so steps to mold our pépites, not counting the chocolate and praliné making.

All our creations are handmade in Paris, from the cocoa bean to the chocolate bonbon.
