Discover the realization of our traditional Easter Treats !

Exclusively for Easter, each treats consists of a thin chocolate shell and a praline: almond, hazelnut or coconut. Our pralines are composed of a mixture of caramelized sugar and a base of roasted and ground almonds or hazelnuts. First heated in a copper vat and then spread on a metal plate, the mixture is cooled to become hard and crumbly. It is then crushed in a mortar and pestle to leave a subtly flavored paste. This traditional recipe reveals all the flavors of the roasted dried fruits thanks to the right amount of sugar.

In one bite, this delicacy will seduce the palate of young and old alike.

All of our creations are handcrafted in Paris, from the cocoa bean to the chocolate candy.
